  • Build from scratch and lead a media buyers team, guiding performance marketing and analytics best practices;
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, emphasizing ROI and lead generation;
  • Utilize various digital channels, including PPC, display advertising, and social media, to drive measurable results;
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights, measure campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement;
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness;
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing tools and technologies to integrate them to enhance campaign performance and reporting;
  • Develop, manage, and optimize budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

We need your professional experience:

  • Over 5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer/PPC specialist/User Acquisition Manager;
  • Over 1 year of experience in Lead or Head positions;
  • Experience in performance marketing and profound knowledge of acquisition channels;
  • Knowledge of the Sports & Casinos industry would be beneficial;
  • Data gathering skillsets and in-depth reporting expertise;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate;
  • Experience with the LatAm/Asia region (would be a plus).
