Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our project focused on developing a scalable system for managing large language models (LLMs). The main responsibilities include configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring high service availability, and implementing secure network solutions. The project is currently at the launch stage.

Requirements:

• Expertise in DHTs and P2P networking protocols.
• Experience with designing network topologies.
• Advanced management of DNS and DHCP services.
• Proficiency in configuring load balancers for high availability.
• Skilled in using network analysis tools for issue resolution.
• Experience managing global networks and web environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective prioritization and time management in fast-paced settings
• Results-oriented, thrives on solving challenges.

Will be a plus:

• Gossip protocols.
• Familiarity with common cryptographic schemes used to secure communications.
• Familiarity with LLM & ML data models.

Responsibilities:

This position demands a deep expertise in researching, designing, and implementing the various stages of peer-to-peer networking, from initial concept to a prototype that can deliver actionable insights on production feasibility. Networking plays a crucial role in data Availability and Computation layers.

Current focus areas include sharding, LLM & ML and the integration of data availability sampling into a secure framework. However, the dynamic nature of the R&D necessitates flexibility and a quick adaptation to evolving priorities.
