Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian;
• Understanding of marketing principles and practices, with familiarity with digital tools, targeting, and  social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads);
• Understanding processes like market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights;
• Knowledge of PR strategies and influencer collaborations;
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a creative and logical problem-solving mindset;
• Technical aptitude or interest in technical projects (e.g., coding or other geeky pursuits);
• Understanding of business challenges with a practical, mature approach;
• Stress resilience and a results-oriented attitude;
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights;
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives;
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table;
• Assist in organizing, promoting, and executing events;
• Maintain and update the company’s website and digital platforms;
• Support team projects that require both logical precision and creative innovation.
