Outbound Marketing Strategist

Empeek is a team that has been helping American healthcare startups build technology that makes a real difference in people’s lives for over 10 years. We specialize in Telehealth, mHealth, EMR/EHR, and build products used by millions.

Today we are at the stage of scaling and we want outbound marketing to become one of the key forces of our growth. That’s why we are looking for a Senior Outbound Marketing Strategist (B2B) — a person who doesn’t just do campaigns, but thinks in terms of hypotheses, systems, and results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing (in IT or consulting (IT))
  • Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaff companies is required
  • Practical experience with the US market (cold outreach, ABM)
  • Experience in launching outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold messaging
  • Confident knowledge of tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, similar
  • Ability to create effective outbound sequences, conduct A/B tests and analytics
  • English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher; fluent in Ukrainian

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in HealthTech or other regulated industries
  • Working with CRM systems: HubSpot or similar

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of outbound marketing strategy (tools, messages, sequences)
  • Building Account-Based Marketing campaigns (lists, personalization, value propositions)
  • Formation, testing and scaling of hypotheses for campaigns
  • Creation of materials for outbound communications: email templates, landing pages, presentations
  • Optimization of key metrics: open rate, reply rate, conversion to call
  • Collaboration with the sales team to coordinate campaigns and transfer MQL
  • Work with contractors to manage the tactical execution of campaigns, ensuring high quality and alignment with strategy
