CFO of the Holding
• Ensuring the maintenance and reliability of Management Accounting and reporting for all projects of the Holding (business processes, budgets, acts, money accounting systems, etc.).
• Organizing the work of the Accounting Department for all companies of the Holding (keeping reliable accounting, timely and reliable reporting, taxation, availability of all primary documents, etc.).
• Optimization of project expenses.
• Focus on business profit.
• Coordination and implementation of financial models of projects.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordination of contracts/contractual terms.
• Increasing income through additional products/types of earnings.
• Reliable and high-quality accounting of goods and services, ensuring their safety.

• Ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks of managing the Shareholder's personal finances.
• Accrual and timely payment of salaries to the Holding's employees, including the optimal form of payment.
• Management of non-residents:
- Registration and storage of Registration documents
- Timely issuance and availability of necessary powers of attorney
- Creation of all necessary accounting documents regarding operations
- Interaction with auditors
- Submission of timely and reliable reporting

• Management of individual entrepreneurs:
- Registration
