We believe our Team is the foundation of our success, and now we’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sys-Admin / Helpdesk specialist to support the operational and HR needs of our Warsaw office and team!
As a Sys-Admin / Helpdesk, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure and tools that keep our teams running efficiently. A key focus of this role will be close collaboration with the HR department — helping them improve and optimize internal systems and workflows, especially within PeopleForce and related platforms.
You’ll also support daily office tech operations, respond to employee requests, and ensure our digital work environment remains seamless and efficient. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager and report to the Head of Operations.
