🎯 Job Description

As a Sys-Admin / Helpdesk, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure and tools that keep our teams running efficiently. A key focus of this role will be close collaboration with the HR department — helping them improve and optimize internal systems and workflows, especially within PeopleForce and related platforms.

You’ll also support daily office tech operations, respond to employee requests, and ensure our digital work environment remains seamless and efficient. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager and report to the Head of Operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Full setup and maintenance of the PeopleForce system, including automation (Workflows), data imports/exports, and process configuration
  • Management of our Vacation Tracker system
  • Administration of the workspace ecosystem: Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday
  • Technical equipment support in the Warsaw office (inventory, setup, troubleshooting)
  • Tracking and documenting all tech assets
  • Handling technical equipment issues and replacements (cables, mice, keyboards, etc.)
  • Providing network and internet-related support for the office
  • Communicating with internet service providers and monitoring services
  • Supporting users of internal monitoring systems
  • Purchasing new equipment according to team needs (in coordination with the Office Manager)
  • Managing User Agreements for technical equipment (creation, delivery, and tracking)

📌 Requirements

  • Based in Warsaw and available to work fully on-site
  • Polish and English language proficiency (B1—B2 minimum) + Ukrainian — native
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a strong advantage
  • Strong technical mindset and attention to detail
  • Confident user of Google Workspace, Slack, Monday, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to organize tasks independently and solve problems quickly
  • Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented
