Content Manager

giftmall is a Ukrainian product IT company and e-commerce platform. We make corporate rewards processes simple, fast, and tech-driven, helping businesses in Ukraine and across Europe.

We are currently looking for a Content Manager who will help build a modern content function, influence SEO, and scale our products to international markets.

This role is for someone who loves building systems rather than just completing tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to create content processes that are efficient and grow together with the company.

What you’ll do:

• Implement and optimize content processes for product scaling.
• Collaborate with copywriters and ensure the quality of their work.
• Manage content projects: blog, landing pages, guest posts, marketing materials.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO requirements, brand guidelines, and customer journey goals.
• Structure content for SEO and lead generation.
• Optimize content to increase conversions.
• Work with the marketing team to build and execute a content plan.

We expect you to:

• Have 2+ years of experience in content marketing.
• Be able to find and effectively collaborate with freelance writers.
• Have familiarity with e-commerce.
• Understand the customer journey and create content for its different stages.
• Have strong written Polish and Ukrainian (upper-intermediate or higher).
• Know SEO copywriting and content marketing principles.
• Possess strong research and analytical skills.
