We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager with Product Management skills to lead client accounts and projects, ensure consistent value delivery, and drive lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle (scoping → delivery) to meet time, scope, and budget.
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Anticipate and proactively manage risks; adjust to changing client and business requirements.
- Maintain financial health by monitoring margins and KPIs to ensure profitability.
- Regularly report performance and status to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth areas.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional delivery teams; ensure clear goal alignment.
- Act as the primary client contact: provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Foster a collaborative, partnership-oriented environment with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities; support team growth via continuous improvements and tailored solutions.
Product Management
- Engage with clients to understand business needs; offer insights on product improvements that add value and drive growth.
- Collaborate with development and design to translate feedback into actionable requirements, enhancements, and features.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs aligned with client goals and strategic objectives.

Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in project management with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
- Product Management expertise: Solid understanding of product management principles and experience working closely with product development teams.
- Presale experience: Proven ability to prepare proposals and successfully present them to clients.
- Technical knowledge (mandatory): Familiarity with software development processes and service delivery.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport and clearly convey complex information.
