A fast-growing cloud-focused consultancy partners with ambitious tech companies to help them scale efficiently, accelerate delivery, and fully leverage cloud technologies. As a top-tier AWS partner, the company provides hands-on expertise across DevOps, FinOps, and GenAI, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Operating across EMEA and the US, the team works at the forefront of cloud innovation, supporting startups and digital-native companies as they tackle complex technical and business challenges. This is an opportunity to grow professionally, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to cutting-edge technology initiatives.

They are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive business expansion across the Northern EMEA region, focusing on Greenfield customers. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from identifying prospects to successfully closing deals, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout.

📍 Work model: Hybrid, based in Stockholm, with on-site presence at the AWS office (a couple of days every two weeks).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute territory growth strategies to meet or exceed revenue, growth, and margin objectives
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery, proposal negotiations, statements of work, and contract finalization
  • Position cloud and professional service offerings effectively against competitors, aligning solutions with customer business goals
  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects while maintaining close collaboration with AWS sales teams
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with AWS
  • Represent the company at industry events, educating potential clients on cloud and DevOps value propositions
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, Operations, and Solutions Architecture teams
  • Travel regularly, both locally and internationally, as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in direct IT sales or business development within cloud, SaaS, or complex software solutions
  • Background in selling professional services such as consulting, managed services, staffing, and/or SaaS solutions for R&D or DevOps teams
  • Strong ability to communicate the business value of technical services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Hands-on experience selling AWS-based solutions
  • Established network within the Swedish startup, ISV, or digital-native ecosystem
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing senior leadership and C-level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Strong presentation, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • AWS certification is considered a plus
