Business Process & Data Lead (SAP Business Partner)

We are looking for a Business Process & Data Lead (Business Partner) to act as a bridge between business functions and programme teams during an SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role ensures that business requirements, process harmonisation, and data needs are fully aligned within the S/4 blueprint and that markets are ready for rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process harmonisation and define end-to-end requirements across functions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate data needs with data leads for key objects
• Drive fit-gap analysis, manage business approvals, and ensure alignment with solution design
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and defect triage from a business perspective
• Contribute to training, change readiness, and adoption planning
• Provide ongoing functional SME input and support market rollout / hypercare activities

Requirements

• Strong cross-functional process knowledge in one or more domains: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or related areas
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA programmes)
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, programme teams, and process/data owners
• Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience in global/cluster rollouts and change management activities
• Familiarity with master data objects and governance in transformation programmes
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
