QA Engineer

🎯 Job Description

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end QA testing of messaging campaigns and the supporting web infrastructure.

This is a high-responsibility role where precision and attention to detail are critical. You will ensure that our infrastructure (Beehiiv, SMS platforms, web forms, and websites) operates seamlessly and that all outgoing content meets the highest standards of quality and deliverability.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a user but tests like a developer, understands the risks of high-volume traffic environments, and treats every broken link or formatting error as a critical issue.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content QA

• Perform full QA checks on SMS campaigns before dispatch via SMS service platforms
• Verify email campaigns before sending through Beehiiv
• Test all tracking and destination links to ensure accurate redirection and correct attribution
• Review the quality, formatting, and logical structure of content (text, visuals, CTAs)

Web & Conversion Infrastructure

• Test web forms (SMS opt-ins, email captures) to ensure correct data collection and transmission
• Perform comprehensive QA of websites and landing pages across devices and browsers
• Validate all interactive elements such as buttons, forms, and dynamic blocks
• Test end-to-end user journeys, from message interaction to final conversion

Stability & Reporting

• Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies in campaign setups
• Collaborate with operations and content teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain and follow a zero-error QA checklist for all outgoing communications

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience in QA / Quality Control, preferably in digital marketing, email marketing, or web projects
• Experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs); experience with Beehiiv or similar platforms is a strong plus
• Understanding of how web forms, redirects, and tracking links function
• Experience working with SMS marketing flows
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple verification tasks simultaneously

📌 Nice to Have

• Background in Affiliate Marketing or high-volume Lead Generation environments
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (to understand layout or rendering issues)
• Experience testing high-traffic messaging and marketing systems
