VASP Data Enricher

Our mission is to make compliance, risk monitoring, and investigations faster and easier. With the real-time blockchain analytics platform — covering 700k crypto assets, 700M+ attributed addresses, and processing 500K AML checks daily — we help financial institutions, VASPs, regulators, and law enforcement worldwide reduce risk, ensure compliance, and fight financial crime.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OSINT research and analyze incoming information about the entity to ensure enrichment outputs are complete, accurate, and evidence-based.
• Collect, validate, and maintain off-chain data for entities, crypto addresses, services, and other relevant subjects within the crypto market.
• Investigate on-chain activity and transactional behavior of entities as part of the enrichment process.
• Take ownership of assigned ongoing processes and specific tasks, and ensure timely delivery of ready-to-share outcomes by controlling quality and justifying findings.
• Continuously improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and proactively testing workflow improvements.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong automation mindset and confident use of AI assistants and supporting tools in workflows.
• Solid OSINT research skills and the ability to work with multiple company registers and other information sources.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, crypto transaction types, and common entity-level behaviors within the crypto market, with hands-on experience.
• Ability to expand the scope of research when appropriate, while remaining result-oriented and balancing time constraints.
• Ability to work independently: critically analyze information, ask the right questions, and find answers.
• Сollaborate effectively, manage priorities and risks, and deliver expected outcomes.
• Ukrainian / Russian, English — B2.

Desired Competencies:

• Experience working in a crypto-fintech, AML, blockchain domain (e.g., Customer Support, Back Office, or Compliance teams)
• Relevant certifications or completed courses in crypto compliance
• Understanding of fintech compliance principles, including the risk-based approach, and familiarity with core compliance terminology.
• Basic knowledge of Python, scripting, or web scraping
• Advanced AI automation skills, including writing detailed prompts and deploying AI agents
