We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our web acquisition funnels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and optimizing high-converting user journeys. You'll own the entire funnel—from researching new concepts and creating landing page ideas to launching experiments, optimizing paywalls, improving conversion rates, and implementing AI-powered workflows.

- Own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our web acquisition funnels.
- Research competitors, user behavior, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Develop new funnel concepts, landing page structures, offers, messaging, and user flows.
- Create clear technical specifications for Design, Frontend, and Engineering teams, while independently building prototypes and landing pages whenever possible.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, copy, UX, pricing models, offers, checkout flows, and paywalls.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks throughout the user journey and implement improvements based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Build rapid prototypes using no-code platforms and modern AI development tools.
- Leverage AI to accelerate research, content creation, prototyping, coding, experimentation, and workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities to automate funnel creation, testing, and optimization processes.
- Work with analytics tools to measure experiment performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive a culture of continuous experimentation by launching and prioritizing high-impact growth initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or Web Funnel Optimization.
- Experience with B2C subscription-based mobile apps.
- Proven experience building and optimizing high-converting web-to-app or web-to-desktop conversion funnels.
- Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience optimizing landing pages, pricing strategies, checkout experiences, subscription flows, and paywalls.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building pages or prototypes using no-code platforms.
- AI-first mindset with practical experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles and multiple concurrent experiments.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, Replit, or similar.
- Experience building automations with n8n or comparable workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and behavioral psychology.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or statistical analysis.
- English skills — at least B2.
