We are looking for a Senior RPA consultant who is passionate about digitization and automation to join our Swedish customer.
About the Customer:
The customer is a Swedish company that offers software solutions for automating existing processes and working methods. They are growing rapidly in Sweden and have offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. They are proud to have been nominated as a Gazell company and their success depends on employees and their drive to succeed together and deliver good solutions to customers in a fast-growing industry.
Assignment description:
We are looking for you who, like them, are passionate about digitization, automation, and improving everyday life for their customers. With them, you become an important cog in an exciting growth journey where they use technology and smart solutions to help create business benefits and the efficient workplaces of the future.
About the role:
- Analyze customers' business processes, advise on how automation can provide improvements and efficiencies
- Design architecture and RPA solutions to improve and automate manual processes for a variety of industries
- Drive and participate in the agile development of new solutions and methods, in project and sprint planning with customers and colleagues
- Test developed solutions to ensure that requirements are met
- Document components, functions, and changes
- Analyze errors in the event of incidents and work preventively with problem management
- Be an area expert both internally and with their customers
Mainly, you will have tasks linked to the development of selected solutions/products from the customer's portfolio.

- Great focus on problem-solving and experience with structure and process thinking to improve operations
- Understanding of configuration and programming

- Experience working with Excel or equivalent for input and output data management
- Knowledge of database management (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Positive attitude, is curious about new technology, likes to take own initiative and share your knowledge
We place great emphasis on personal qualities and would like to see that you have an academic degree in IT, systems science, technology, or similar relevant work experience. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of platforms for RPA development such as Blue Prism, UiPath or Kofax, and preferably experience in coding languages such as Java, Visual Basic, Python or C#.
