Our Swedish client is seeking a Business Consultant to work with cutting-edge technologies in the Autocar sphere. This expert will assess the current situation, gather stakeholder requirements, recommend key performance indicators, and collaborate with system teams to integrate core data seamlessly with the business intelligence solution.

Responsibilities:

Assess the current situation, prerequisites, and stakeholder requirements
Recommend a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and follow-up
Coordinate progress with relevant system teams to ensure alignment of core data with the BI solution, utilizing systems/applications within the organization's portfolio
Design and develop dashboards/reports using existing data, iteratively collaborating with stakeholders to validate the development
Implement dashboards/reports in relevant meetings and forums, providing instructions for usage and maintenance
Set up process flow education/animation using appropriate tools, such as "Doodly," to facilitate understanding
Develop a dashboard solution visualizing end-to-end flow status with relevant KPIs
Using available data, explore and create a Prediction board incorporating time, material, and cost aspects
Implement the dashboard with stakeholders in relevant meetings/forums
Provide usage and maintenance documentation for the dashboards
Conduct process flow education

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel (power user), and ability to effectively communicate complex topics within teams and across the organization
Experience designing, developing, and implementing performance management dashboards using client-core business applications
Familiarity with process flow tools, such as "Doodly," for educational purposes.
Proficiency in Project Management and Stakeholder Management
