We are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to join our Total Rewards Team.

The Total Rewards team's main goals revolve around creating comprehensive and competitive rewards packages to attract and retain talent, keeping strategic business needs and cost-effectiveness in mind.

As the Reward Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market position and supporting the global scaling.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish and maintain the company's Total Reward practices and processes for all locations (Ukraine, Boston, Cyprus, others to come)
  • Conduct market research to benchmark and analyze local reward practices and trends, providing solutions to enhance MacPaw’s competitiveness 
  • Participate in strategic and operational reward projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement action plans
  • Implement the revised reward approaches, including planning, communication, and stakeholder training
  • Develop and update compensation and benefits policies, ensuring they meet the needs of our growing organization
  • Plan staff costs budgets and design cost optimization scenarios
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting to provide insights for strategic decision-making
  • Build effective collaboration with external partners and internal teams (finance, legal, business partners, recruiters, etc.)

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Reward Specialist (or a Compensation and Benefits Specialist)
  • Experience developing and maintaining compensation and benefits practices for international markets
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation principles, market pricing, and salary practices
  • Deep understanding of compensation structures, models, and benefit programs
  • Strong knowledge of variable pay practice, experience in designing and developing bonus schemes
  • Experience in designing/redesigning, and implementing changes in a reward approach
  • Proficiency in market research and benchmarking
  • Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data, identify tendencies, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheets, HRIS
  • Experience in creating and presenting presentations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Orientation on a result and great self-organization skills
  • Advanced level of English

As a plus:

  • Experience in implementing and supporting a total rewards system within a globally distributed workforce
  • Expertise in process optimization and automation
  • Experience in the US market
