Currently, we are looking for an IT Manager

Role overview: IT Manager is a person who will be responsible for establishing and improving IT infrastructure, processes, and strategic IT management for a family office with around 60-70 employees.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing IT assets
Establishing access management
Develop IT operational processes
Build an IT team from scratch
Strategically help the company develop its IT infrastructure
Provide dedicated IT consulting
Strategic Planning
Team Management
System Maintenance
Vendor and Stakeholder Relations
Support and Troubleshooting
Project Management
Policy Development

Requirements:

Management experience with direct team supervision
Experience working with mature IT infrastructures
Understanding security policies
Capability to strategically support company IT infrastructure development
Experience with Microsoft infrastructure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Linux/Unix systems
Cloud services (Proxmox, cloud deployments)
Expertise in Vulnerability Management and Change Management
Strong Intermediate level of English
