DevOps Engineer

We're seeking motivated DevOps Engineers to join our HRM and Payroll projects team at Paychex Europe. You'll work on a market-leading HRM system used by 600+ companies across Europe, processing 7 million daily requests. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your DevOps expertise in a production environment at scale.

Requirements

Experience Level: 4+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure roles

Core Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Strong containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or similar tools)
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles
• Familiarity with .NET application deployment and infrastructure needs (no coding required)
• Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and monitoring
• Understanding of SDLC and Shift-Left security practices
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Additional Valuable Skills:

• Windows Server administration and IIS configuration
• PowerShell scripting
• Experience with SonarQube or similar code quality tools
• Monitoring and observability tools experience
