Technical Expert Assistant

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js
• Understanding of Loops and Functions
• Experience with Web Scraping and Web Browser automation (Puppeteer/Selenium etc.).
• Knowledge of JSON format: ability to read JSONs and work with them
• Ability to work with a huge scope of data
• English level: Intermediate and higher

As a plus

• Knowledge of CSV format: ability to write and parse CSV files
• Basic knowledge of API: ability to send requests and parse the response
• Experience with Google Sheets API (Read/Write data)
• Basic knowledge of Python

Responsibilities

• Automation and improvements inside our productivity tools (Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator)
• Create new modules/forms based on requirements
• Develop Automations using workflows and custom functions (Zoho Deluge language)
• Track the workflow failures and fix the issues
• Suggest Ideas that could make our lives easier and implement them
• Set up the sync of data inside Zoho Products
• Communicate with the Operations team to be informed about any changes in data structure and fix the workflows appropriately
• Restrict duplicates
• Update records in our data sources based on requirements
