As a Team Coordinator, you will handle the daily operations of the international team. Also, you will be coaching, mentoring, and guiding the team to cultivate a high-performance unit. Supporting the team with prioritisation and motivation, work on removing obstacles in working process will be your essential responsibilities. You will facilitate the collaboration with other teams and work on setting goals for the team you will be managing. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with people and have experience in managing teams.

What you'll do in this role
- Conduct ongoing performance management on team: one on one conversations, create coaching plans, track progress of them;
- Ensure everyone in the team knows what to prioritise;
- Eliminate obstacles that block team progress;
- Coordinate with other teams regarding issues affecting several teams and raise issues related to planning, priorities or roadmap to management;
- Cultivate a spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement in the team, ensure the team works as a cohesive unit;
- Recognise accomplishments and contributions to team and company goals;
- Create, share and follow-up on team KPIs and goals;
- Participate in onboarding of new team members;
- Create an inspiring environment with an open culture of communication;
- Motivate and enable employees to live by our values and organisational culture;
- Provide proactive support for recruitment and play an active role in the recruitment process;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
We're looking for
- Management experience in an international organisation as well as experience in management in large teams;
- Technical background (understanding how tech environment works);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level);
- Experience in defining and analysing KPIs;
- Ability to identify trends and opportunities for innovation and improvement;
- Consistent track record of collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational improvements;
- Ability to drive company requirements at a team level;
- Encourage, coach and motivate teammates;
- Find meaning in the growth and accomplishments of others.
