We invite those who fired up to:
- Developing and implementing soft skills training strategy on different company level (TOP, Middle, Line, Expert) inhouse and with portfolio of external providers;
- Creating and launching innovative learning formats — online facilitations, Learning clubs, Talks, podcasts, trainings, masterminds, work-shops, etc.;
- Working with subject matter experts to identify the learning needs of the target audience, setting up the learning objectives appropriate to the audience needs;
- Leading and organizing new L&D projects;
- Organizing and creating trainings manuals, multimedia visual, appropriate content, activities and other education materials in line with learning objectives;
- Developing proposals to measure course, content effectiveness;
- Developing and organizing effective training manuals and other educational materials;
- Providing consultancy and supporting to management on employee questions;
- Tracking metrics and efficiency of L&D program;
- Ad-hoc project’s tasks according to business needs;
- Managing team of 1-2 direct reports.
Essential professional experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the position of L&D specialist, etc.;
- Experience in developing training programs from scratch;
- Work experience in conducting online and offline trainings;
- L&D project management experience;
- Work experience in international companies will be an advantage;
- English — Upper-Intermediate;
- Initiative, responsible, team player.
