VIP Manager


PMI is a service company, engaged in the development and implementation of the expansion strategy for Parimatch brand in the markets of Africa, Asia and Latin America. The company provides tech, marketing and communications services for partners in the betting and gambling industry.

We invite those who fired up to:

  • Oversee and study VIP player's activity and behavior to recognize drops and spikes, proactively acting on opportunities to enhance the player's experience and the value to the customer;
  • Handle customers' day-to-day queries, expectations, and game experience, including out-of-hours when necessary, to provide loyal players with personal and excellent service;
  • Work closely with the communication manager to create retention campaigns — SMS, email, web push, etc. campaigns;
  • Monitor the day-to-day activity of the VIP clients;
  • Monitor and review VIP statuses. Work closely with the antifraud department;
  • Manage Sports and Casino Loyalty programs;
  • Define monthly/quarterly goals;
  • Manage VIP budgeting;
  • Execute targeted campaigns aiming to enhance the lifetime value of loyalty players further;
  • Improve campaigns, reporting on the performance of each campaign and recommending the next steps for all VIP clients.

Essential professional experience:

  • 1+ year experience working with high-value players;
  • Has excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills;
  • Is highly organized and good at planning;
  • Is a natural leader who commands respect;
  • Has good judgment and possesses good decision-making skills;
  • Self-sufficient team player;
  • English level at least Intermediate — must.
