It’s easy to work with MindK. We have well-developed outbound processes and channels: multiple Linkedin accounts and email domains, custom-made automation and tools that will help you bring a predictable number of MQLs and SQLs.
As a member of the MindK team you will:
— Process supplied ICP and make sure the data from conducted lead research matches main criteria;
— Nurture leads and build relationships;
— Set up and manage email / LinkedIn campaigns by using automation tools (LinkedHelper, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.) and deliverability;
— Improve and create new email/LinkedIn scripts;
— Use and test new automation tools like LinkedHelper, Lemlist, etc. (We are happy to adopt tools that you like to work with);
— Maintain the CRM to keep all the information up-to-date;
— Work with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals;
— Think outside the box and have a passion for testing new outreach approaches.
Our perfect candidate has:
— 2+ years of experience as SDR or Lead Generation Manager in the IT services industry;
— Experience with automation tools and sales channels (Lemlist, Linkedhelper, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email outbound outreach);
— Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques;
— Experience writing and improving sales scripts;
— English: Upper-intermediate (B2) and higher.
