The Opportunity:

As a RFP Team Leader, you will directly manage the pipeline of all incoming bidding proposals and directly impact their winning rate by developing bidding strategies complying with customer requirements. You will manage a team of bid writers and orchestrate the proposal preparation process with other departments and partners. Your role is key to securing the most qualified deals in the sales pipeline.


  • Qualification of bidding requirements feeding into the decision over whether to bid
  • Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points of the proposal and understanding the client's specific requirements
  • Working with key members of sales and pre-sales, R&D, legal, infosec, and customer success teams
  • Liaising with partners and customers
  • Overseeing the team of bid writers during the bid process and making sure deadlines are met
  • Crafting financial proposals as part of the overall submission package
  • Proofreading, publishing, and submission of bid response documents
  • Development of a set of standard templates for less complex bids


  • 3+ years implementing enterprise software working with CRM, BPM, or ERP systems
  • Experience managing teams/projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
  • Advanced level of English

Will be a plus:

  • Bidding management experience
  • Deep understanding of the business processes of various business sectors
