We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support our journey with digital transformation and automation of internal processes.
You will be working with key management team to build best set of digital tools for our business.

Position requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, owning a product from inception to end of lifecycle in scale-up/start-up environments. Prior experience in a large enterprise organization is desirable
  • 2+ years with implementation & configuration of Zoho suite of products – Zoho People, CRM, Analytics, Invoicing
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps
  • Experience working as Business Analyst is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.
  • Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases, and edge cases.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, service orientation
  • Fluent English


Position responsibilities

  • Single point of contact to business stakeholders
  • Translate requests from business stakeholders into product development roadmap
  • Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.
  • Develop high level implementation plan, deadlines and keep it updated. Communicate it to business stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Communicate program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog according to business and stakeholders objectives
  • Drive product development with a team, preparing and managing requirements for features and ensuring timelines and milestone commitments
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
  • Partner with the development team to continuously improve processes and activities to maximize development consistency and efficiency, while minimizing risk
  • Look at end-to-end processes / workflows, dataflows, ways to optimize
  • Constantly work on improvement of usability of the products
