Project Manager

Axon is looking for a Project Manager who can effectively manage a team, make independent decisions, manage with strong leadership qualities and is committed to working to achieve results.
You will be part of an experienced management team that daily applies advanced management techniques and practices to work on projects from all over the world.

Job requirements

• At least 1 year of project management experience in the direction of software development in outsourcing companies;
• Understanding and practical use of Agile principles in management projects;
• excellent written and oral communication skills;
• High organizational and planning skills;
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate levels.

Responsibilities for projects

• Coordination of several software development projects;
• Monitoring of resources, budget and project execution terms;
• To be suitable for the implementation of project results in front of the client, in accordance with the established goals and lines;
• Regularly monitor and report on the state of the project, identified problems and risks to the client and other interested parties;
• Establish and regulate communication between participants in the development process;
• Provide motivation to project team members to successfully achieve goals.
