As an LLM Engineer specializing in mental health at JiminiHealth, you will take a lead role in designing, developing, and optimizing our AI-powered language models for mental health applications. By leveraging state-of-the-art language generation and understanding capabilities, you will contribute to creating innovative tools that offer tailored support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of Large Language Models specifically tailored for mental health purposes.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities where LLM technology can revolutionize mental health assessment, intervention, and support.
- Utilize large datasets and advanced natural language processing techniques to extract insights, trends, and patterns relevant to mental health.
- Design and implement data preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering strategies, and model training workflows.
- Explore transfer learning and fine-tuning methodologies to optimize the performance of mental health-related language models.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, LLM, and mental health research to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Proven experience working on Large Language Models, such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques, including sentiment analysis, text classification, and language generation.
- Familiarity with mental health concepts and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for harnessing technology to address mental health challenges.
