IT Brightech invites to its team an HR manager ready to build processes in an international and multicultural team.
We are a product IT company that is the IT heart of a large US logistics holding. We have many years of experience and are looking for an HR specialist for long-term cooperation.
We offer:
- B2B contract with an American IT company;
- Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- A well-equipped and comfortable office in Wroclaw;

- Ability to develop in the direction of IT-recruiting, HR-marketing and L&D;
- High level of business cooperation, positive atmosphere.
Future tasks:
- Coordination of the full cycle of HR processes with geographic teams (Ukraine, Poland, Mexico, USA).
- Periodic recruitment of IT specialists.
- Organization and participation in HR marketing activities together with the marketing department.
- Coordination of the intra-corporate training system.
- Analysis of team work satisfaction.
- Impact on process optimization.

Expectation:
- Basic knowledge of European labor legislation
- Work experience in IT companies in Europe (Poland)
- Knowledge of languages (Polish, Ukrainian, English)
