Infrastructure Engineer

We develop hybrid XR ecosystems & unique immersive XR experiences for Healthcare/MedTech, Life Sciences/Pharma, EdTech, Aerospace, and Defence.

The skillset we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT system administrator;
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS), hardware, networking software and protocols;
• Hands-on experience with automation of cloud infrastructure using APIs;
• Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Attention to details;
• Knowing ISO 27001 & HIPPA is a bonus;
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure administration (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and maintenance of the company infrastructure (workstations, networks, XR devices, etc.);
• Administrating GSuite, Jira, Confluence, BambooHR and other services;
• Monitoring health of company’s core systems and troubleshooting issues;
• Implementing automation around company processes;
• Ensuring best security practices and regular data backups;
• Managing the company’s technical support hub in Wrocław.
