Support Developer

Working on our team as a Support Developer position involves:

•    analyzing and diagnosing incoming cases;•    debugging server-side, client-side code, and database queries;•    conducting comprehensive testing of the solution;•    providing development consultations, including phone support;•    handling feedback on cases and escalations efficiently;•    analyzing the performance of all system components;•    resolving the issue or preparing a description for product developers.

Candidate Expectations:

•    proficient in JavaScript at an intermediate level;•    proficient in C# at an intermediate level;•    proficient in SQL (T-SQL) at an intermediate level;•    experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle and Postgres databases;•    extensive background in web application development;•    skilled in developing integrations between web applications;•    excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;•    exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication;•    strong teamwork and collaboration skills;•    the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;•    English level — Upper-intermediate or higher.
