NOC Engineer (on-site Warsaw)

What you’ll do:

• You’ll proactively work with L1 customer support in order to define ongoing issues severity in terms of user experience impact, prevalence and damage to the company’s economy
• You will diagnose, troubleshoot and mitigate issues in production systems by exploring source code, databases, logs, and traces in order to prevent or resolve ASAP the major production incidents. 
• Being equipped with comprehensive monitoring solutions you will react early and prevent incidents from ever happening
• You’ll organize, update and expand the existing Runbook library
• You’ll analyze systems’ observability, maintainability reliability and time to restore and drive improvements backlog
• You will lead the incident management and incident review processes
• You will address the incidents to the responsible teams and effectively communicate in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible

What skills and experience are required for this job:

• 3+ years in an application monitoring/support role
• Intermediate level of English, Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address the issue effectively. 
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects and follow the instructions
• Availability for night shifts
• Experience working with service-based application

 Would be a plus:

• Production support experience in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana monitoring and integrations with Slack/PagerDuty
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
• 1+ years of Linux administration experience or strong desire to gain one
• Good communication, project management and problem-solving skills
