Senior Mac QA and Automation Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior Mac QA and Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our project for working on mission-critical systems in the red-hot cybersecurity industry.

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in QA positions, including hands-on automation testing development
• 3+ years of experience of manual QA and/or automation testing on Mac OS                      
• Experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash or Shell. Extensive knowledge of Mac OS and its underlying architecture  
• Familiarity with popular automation frameworks and tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber, or XCTest is essential             
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts for Mac OS applications
• Solid understanding of different software testing methodologies like functional testing, regression testing, API testing, and compatibility testing. Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for Mac OS applications                        
• In-depth knowledge of Mac OS features, settings, and behaviors is crucial. The candidate should be comfortable working with various Mac products, versions, and configurations                        
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills

Will be a plus

• Experience with Chromium or Chromium-based projects                       
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
• Experience working with Windows, and Linux/Unix Operating Systems
• Experienced with modern development and CI\CD tools, e.g. GitHub, Jenkins, Artifcatory, etc.
• Proficiency and development experience in programming languages like C++, JavaScript, etc.
