Financial analyst

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Analyst to join team and contribute to the operational and financial management of our group of companies located Poland/UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the company with insight generation with a focus on strategic/operational projects.
• Develop financial models and forecasts for business planning and budgeting.
• Monitor local/global economies and financial markets to provide insights.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Organize and control financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Do a data research and financial analysis.
• Build and develop business and data analytics from scratch.
• Develop and implement operational and analytical dashboards.
• Develop product analytics, A/B testing. 
• Development of financial models and forecasts for business planning and budgeting.

Important expertise, competencies, and values:

·        Ukrainian/Russian-language speaker; fluent in the English language.

·        Work experience in the financial business (banks, financial organizations, retail business with branches and individuals, POS terminals).

·        Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.

·        Proficiency in using different programs in work (excel, others for budgeting, planning etc.)

• Good understanding of accounting, budgeting and planning principles.
• Consultancy experience in Europe and Middle East is preferred.
• Strong attention-to-detail & organising capabilities.
• Solid business understanding of the entire suite of our banking product.
• Able to make sound decisions and to provide effective advice to others in areas of financial expertise.
• Effective analytical skills and critical thinking to understand processes, controls and risks of areas covered, identify root causes of issues, and recommend practical solutions.

Salary: USD 2,000 – USD 4,000
