We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and ambitious outbound sales team of four (for now), with aspirations to expand to over ten next year. As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in identifying and bringing in qualified leads for AEs. Moreover, this role offers exciting growth opportunities, enabling you to become a driving force for team expansion and potentially assume a leadership position. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Arrange qualified meetings for AEs through various communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and, if possible, calls (preferably but not crucial) to meet monthly quotas
  • Monitor the market for emerging trends and updates to develop innovative prospecting approaches and implement them
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to formulate personalized value propositions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
  • 2+ years of practical experience in a similar outbound sales role in the B2B industry
  • Proven success in scheduling appointments for AEs in both the US and European markets
  • Strong understanding of outbound channels and communication strategies
  • Experience in creating compelling email and LinkedIn sequences
  • Experience with sales automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • General understanding of business processes
  • High level of responsibility as we work with finance-related topics
  • Strong organizational skills to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to research, analyze, and structure information
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Preferred: Previous experience within a product company

Nice-to-have

  • 2nd foreign language
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Education related to economics, finance, management, or similar
  • Project management experience
