We are looking for an HR Manager to manage one or more of our client’s accounts and will be the decision maker and focal point between (1) the clients abroad (2) the Ukrainian employees and (3) the management team of Trust.
Responsibilities:
(1) Procedures management: Employee onboarding and releasing, weekly and monthly procedures;
(2) HR management (Employee retention): Employee’s 1/1 conversations, handling crisis, employee’s evaluation process and salary raise, equipment control, events planning, employee benefit plan execution, presents, weekly happy hours, health insurance control, charity activity, employees visit abroad, host clients visiting Poland;
(3) Recruit process management: collaborate with the recruiting team to find the best talents and meet deadlines;
(4) Operations management: office management (we rent a coworking with full services inside, but HR should control the coworking and payments for them), search a new subcontractors if needed in the Polish market (like insurance company, etc).
