As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you’ll deliver best-in-class features and player experiences that are innovative, fun and directly shape company growth strategy. You will own features and work closely with founders, analysts, and designers to create outstanding game experiences that will be touched by millions of players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle of mobile games, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and game designers to define technical specifications and design scalable, robust game architectures.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in coding standards, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and the quality of the game development process.
• Design features with the player in mind, prioritizing the most enjoyable and engaging experiences.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Unity and C# for mobile platforms (iOS/Android) with 5-10+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience in team management and/or DevOps is a plus.
• LiveOps experience is desirable.
• Passionate about gaming with a deep understanding and love for mobile gaming.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
