We are currently looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to join our office in Warsaw full-time.
You will form our Company biz dev strategy and build partnerships with a variety of Hi-Tech players.
- Participate in shaping of Company biz dev strategy
- Be responsible for Leads processing after the lead generation stage
- Convert Lead to Deals within targeted markets and geographies (US market mainly)
- Conduct negotiations aiming to close deals via calls and meetings
- 3+ years of commercial experience in IT sales
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
- Advanced spoken and written English;
- Experience in selling IT outstaffing and IT outsourcing services
- Excellent self-management skills;
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle;
- Experience with using social networks for approaching leads
- Experience of closing deals;
- Proactive behavior and strong initiative;
- Knowledge of business correspondence etiquette;
- Advanced presentation skills;
- Heavy CRM experience
