We're on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join our service company to work on new Wellness platforms, which offers an "all-in-one" technology solution that bridges the gap between property managers and resident staff. Our mission is to deliver the best resident experience solution.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to questions from customers. (As the customers are based in US, there’s a timezone difference, which may require to be available in the evenings CET time.)
- Assist in system setup and guide users through various functionalities.
- Identify, report, track progress on and occasionally fix software bugs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and solutions.
- Create and maintain clear technical descriptions and documentation.
- Conduct API testing using Postman.
