Here are the tasks you'll be responsible for:

Project Management for legal operations;Business risks assessment and elimination;Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients from the CIS, EU, and Asia;Upsell opportunities for clients with support from the sales department;Prepare legal advice, draft legal documents, proposals, and responses to clients' requests;Сommunicate with state authorities, foreign banks, lawyers, accountants, notaries, etc.;Partner with cross-functional and regional teams and provide support on legal matters of varying complexity, sensitivity, and tangibility.

If you meet the following criteria, you are an ideal fit for us:

Degree in Law;Minimum of one year of experience in the field of international law.Expertise in company incorporation and Crypto licenses;Strong project management skills and practical experience in managing numerous legal projects;Proficiency in spoken English is essential;High analytical skills and attention to detail;А desire to be working for a genuinely challenging landscape and delve into areas of law that may not have previous precedents or lead on examples;Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines.
