Lead Designer

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in a managerial or managerial position in a design team;
• Ability to implement ideas both independently and by delegation;
• attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management;
• Deep understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition;
• Experience in the design of various materials for printed products, outdoor advertising;
• Experience of participating in creative campaigns;
• Experience working with social networks, including creating visual content for SMM campaigns;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, AI-tools);
• Creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, multitasking;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal customers and colleagues.

Will be plus:

• Work experience in HoReCa and retail industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design review of visual concepts: social media posts, promotional materials, identities, etc;
• Design development of various printing products and outdoor advertising;
• Work on concepts and design for product packaging;
• Tracking the latest trends in the design of printed products and their implementation;
• Initiation of projects to develop templates of visual elements; search for more effective tools and approaches; task automation;
• Constant research and implementation of new methods and technologies in the field of graphic design;
• Creation of original and unique project concepts;
• Review of new components and updates of design systems and brand books; writing and maintaining technical documentation;
• Coordination with the marketing team and other departments to achieve common goals;
• Adherence to project deadlines and maintenance of high quality work performance;
• Preparation and presentation of team work results; data collection and reporting on completed projects and team work;
• Mentoring of the team, adaptation of newcomers;
• Holding 1-1 meetings with designers.
