Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Manage a team of 6+ Engineers;
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Communicate project progress, risks, estimations, and plans to both internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Build and organize new team and cross-team processes; optimize processes to meet project and company goals;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Oversee release management to ensure successful project deliveries.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Project Management;
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading projects through their full life cycle;
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion) and Google apps;
  • Experience in fintech or payments;
  • Expertise in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.

  • Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams;
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to drive project success.
