Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our service company on a short-term, full-time project. You'll be supporting our international client's wellness platform, which offers an "all-in-one" technology solution that bridges the gap between property managers and resident staff. Our mission is to deliver the best resident experience solution.

Our primary technology stack revolves around JavaScript for application development, but for this role, you'll focus on building and optimizing our data infrastructure and analytics solutions. We leverage various tools and technologies including Power BI, Python, and cloud-based data platforms like AWS and Azure to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI reporting solutions using Power BI and other tools.
Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
Perform data exploration, cleansing, and preparation for analysis.
Create automated reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Conduct customer base segmentation and collaborate on new product launches.
Build churn prediction models and perform marketing analysis.
Utilize R and Python for data cleaning and analysis.
Design and support data collection forms and Power BI dashboards.
Maintain Node.js Express servers and develop full-stack web scrapers.
