We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in software project management. Our candidate should have proven client-side experience, including facilitating pre-sale activities such as workshops, requirements elicitation and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project Management Methodologies: A deep understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. Ability to develop comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets effectively, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with a wide range of project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA
- Resource Allocation: Skill in optimizing resource allocation and workload distribution across teams, considering skillsets, availability, and project priorities.
- Scope Management: Proven track record in defining project scope, managing scope changes, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively engage and manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Change Management: Ability to navigate and lead teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Data Analysis: Capacity to utilize data and analytics to monitor project progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Skill in defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and drive improvements.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong aptitude for addressing conflicts and challenges within project teams, stakeholders, or clients, and effectively resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
