You will contribute to a project that develops a comprehensive solution for employee screening services. This includes background checks, occupational health services, sub-contractor management, drug testing solutions, and an ML/AI-driven application streamlining order processing. This solution aims to help employers make informed decisions swiftly while ensuring accessibility and convenience to maintain rigorous employee health and safety standards.
You’ll collaborate with a team of 2 PM, BA, 10 Full-Stack Developers, 4 MQA, 1AQA, 2 Designers, DevOps.
As a member of the MindK team, you will:
Conduct Business Analysis Throughout the SDLC:
- Plan the business analysis approach and activities.
- Perform solution analysis using best practices and techniques.
- Create and manage the project backlog.
- Manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Actively participate in project ceremonies.
- Conduct impact and gap analysis.
- Manage change requests.
Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:
- 5+ years of BA experience in IT outsourcing companies.
- Profound understanding and handling of the software development lifecycle
- Proficient stakeholders’ management experience
- Сollaboration with the business owners in terms of product business requirements and strategy elaboration, requirements prioritization, and product efficiency analysis.
- Efficient discovery conduction (Product vision, market research, competitors’ analysis, product roadmap, etc.)
- Backlog management (creation, refinement, prioritization)
- Sound experience in requirements elicitation and management (user stories, specifications, use cases, non-functional requirements, etc.)
- Modeling techniques knowledge and use (UML, BPMN)
- Ability to drive projects from the beginning to the end with minimal guidance
- Investigation of new business requests and analysis of feasibility and impact on the product and business processes
- Create and maintain the product-related documentation (solution specification, user guide, etc.)
- Experience in developing integration requirements
- Advanced technical English (writing and speaking).
