On behalf with our customer we are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer (Backend focused) to take on the responsibility of end-to-end development for our innovative life-saving platform.In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing life-saving products. Your contributions will extend beyond coding, directly impacting the future of 911 emergency communications and enhancing public safety as we know it today.

Key responsibilities

Develop an emergency 911 eco-system
Design, develop and maintain highly resilient services with fault-tolerant and self-healing functionalities
Build modern, complex Web Apps and UI components.
Develop our solution across global regions to provide any person in the world the ability to contact emergency services as quickly and effectively as possible
Enable business growth by opening up the system to business partners
Explore opportunities to apply AI technologies to 911 emergency communications

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with a focus on Microservices
Experience in Scala and/or Angular 13+ is a plus, but we welcome expertise in any technology
Prior experience in building sophisticated web applications is a major advantage
Hands-on experience with cloud-based development, preferably AWS
Skilled in creating RESTful APIs
A proactive "can-do" approach and exceptional interpersonal abilities
Strong background in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions for cloud environments is a significant plus
Experience with WebSockets is an added advantage
Fluent English
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
