Must-Have Requirements:
- Fluent English B2+ (both written and spoken).
- Experience: 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in IT.
- Proven lead generator: experience in building relationships and converting leads into clients.
- Strong communicator: you’re comfortable talking to decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions.
- Results-driven: you’re motivated by targets and KPIs.
- Tech-savvy: you have an understanding of the software development process.
- Self-sufficient: you can work independently and manage your time effectively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the software development industry or a technical background.
- Existing network of contacts in the tech industry or relevant sectors.
- Experience in creating outreach strategies.
- Experience in closing deals.
- Experience in digital marketing or using social media for lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: you’ll be actively seeking out new prospects and potential clients. You choose the way to reach new prospects: through LinkedIn, networking at events, or finding innovative ways to connect, etc.
- Client Acquisition: convert leads into clients by reaching out through cold emails, calls, or direct contact. You’ll offer personalized software solutions that address their specific needs.
- Pitching: present our solutions to potential clients, showcasing how we can solve their business problems and deliver value.
- Collaborating with Dev Teams: work with Project Managers and Developers to estimate project timelines and costs.
- Negotiation & Closing: lead the negotiation process with potential clients and close deals to meet your sales targets.
