Hello! We are a review platform team in the iGaming niche with a partner monetization model, featuring a product that is growing faster than the market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to boost our B2B product sales.
We already have established sales funnel processes and products that generate five-figure monthly revenues for the business, providing value to partners and users, along with a team that thinks like a multimillion-dollar business and products that have a significant impact on the niche. Now, we want to strengthen our B2B direction with a leader to enter new markets, set up new partnerships, and create funnels that will ensure continued multiple growth.
BRIEFLY ABOUT ECOSYSTEM PRODUCTS AND FIGURES
• A catalog of brands in the iGaming niche with a partnership/ad model for monetization (B2B2C – paid by B2B, used by B2C; we have a single brand with numerous localized domains and a TrustPilot rating of 4.5 from over 600 users).
• An email channel with over 350k subscribers growing by 15% each month.
• A player community in the implementation phase.
• Over 1,000 partners targeting worldwide (with a focus on Tier-1).
• Our own platform and development team that continuously improves it.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Negotiate with partners – correspondence, online and offline meetings, and participation in international conferences.
• Work with existing sales funnels and products and optimize them.
• Contribute to the creation of new products and collaborations that will provide value to partners and users, and drive business revenue growth.
What we expect from you:
· Experience in launching and scaling product sales (opening new markets is a significant plus).
· Entrepreneurial mindset (constantly asking “What else can be done to generate revenue?” and participating in building a business to at least operational payback is a major plus).
· Strong negotiation skills and a win-win partnership mindset, speed and proactivity, as well as the ability to systematically close deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars with a multimillion-dollar business mindset.
· Business education focused on leadership (Pre-MBA, MBA, strategic management is a plus).
· Experience in the iGaming niche is a considerable advantage, but we are open to candidates from other niches with significant business achievements.
· A desire for a fast pace, exploring limits, and expanding them through achieving impactful results.
· Experience in highly competitive niches in Sales/Affiliate/BizDev targeting Tier-1 markets.
· Spoken English at least at B2 level.
