About the Opportunity

The client is focused on reimagining and reinventing technology for insurance, one of the world’s largest and most technologically neglected industries. Their team is building the first fully data-integrated software solution for insurance companies, and their vision is to become the technology platform that powers insurance businesses everywhere.

This opening is for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer who has previous experience working in the insurance industry or with insurance products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services;
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, Illustrator and Sketch etc.;
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry or with insurance products;
• Ability to understand and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to share ideas with other teams;
• Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges;
• Good multi-tasking and time management skills;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team under minimal supervision;
• Analytical mind with business acumen;
• Attention to detail and mastery of information design.

English level: Upper intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs;
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design approach;
• Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
