Responsibilities:

• Build and design a robust automation system.
• Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle for quality and timely products.
• Predict testing processes and develop test strategies.
• Attend internal client meetings and discuss project updates with the leadership team.
• Collaborate with departments supporting infrastructure and implementation.
• Regulate hardware and software requirements for test setups.
• Ensure quality of test documents’ content and structure.
• Examine QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Proactively identify and manage risks.
• Follow new requirements for projects.
• Support a continuous learning culture and team growth.

Requirements:

• Ownership and leadership skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in English for analyzing technical documents.
• Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Locust, and Jenkins.
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
• Solid experience with Python or Java.
• In-depth knowledge about the Agile Testing Process.
• Curious problem solver with proactive and self-directed attitude.
• Determined to increase productivity through continuous automation.
• Fluency in Turkish is a plus.
