We are seeking an Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM development, customization, and Workfront administration. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining AEM solutions, customizing workflows, managing integrations, and administering Adobe Workfront to meet the needs of cross-functional projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize business processes and project management.
What you'll do in this role
- Adobe Workfront Administration:
- Manage and administer Adobe Workfront, including user management, permissions, project setup, and system configurations.
- Customize Workfront functionalities by creating custom fields, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to users on Workfront capabilities, task tracking, and collaboration features.
- AEM Development and Customization:
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Customize and extend AEM functionalities using AEM APIs, OSGi services, Sling models, and other AEM extension points.
- Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsive design and seamless user experience.
- AEM schemas and Metadata ACLs for permissions.
- System Integration and Configuration:
- Integrate AEM with external systems such as CRM, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
- Develop Java-based applications using AEM’s architecture and frameworks to enhance functionalities.
- Configure and optimize AEM deployment models, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Version Control and Deployment:
- Manage code repositories and perform version control using Git or similar tools.
- Oversee branching, merging, and deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions between development and production environments.
- Problem-Solving and Debugging:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AEM application issues, focusing on performance optimization and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
We're looking for
- Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
- 3+ years of experience in administering Adobe Workfront, including customization and configuration.
- Proven experience in Java development and building AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, including Sling models, OSGi bundles, and content modeling.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Experience with system integrations, API development, and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
How to knock our socks off

- Relevant certifications in AEM or Adobe Workfront.
